2. Pre-Installation Checks
- Verify the workstation meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements listed in the product datasheet.
- Confirm that the user has local administrator rights to install software.
- Ensure network firewalls allow outbound connections to NexBot's licensing servers (ports 80 and 443).
- Download the latest version of the NexBot Drives Simulation Software installer from the NexBot Customer Portal.
- Locate the NXB-GEN-232-002 license key file received after purchase.
- Temporarily disable any antivirus software that might interfere with the installation process.
3. Installation Procedure
Step 1: Download Software Installer
Log in to the official NexBot Customer Portal. Navigate to the 'Software Downloads' section and download the installer package for 'NexBot Drives Simulation Software'.
Step 2: Run Installer Application
Locate the downloaded installer file. Right-click the file and select 'Run as administrator' to begin the installation process.

Step 8: Activate Online

4. Post-Installation Verification
- Launch the main NexBot Drives Simulation Software application.

- Create a new, empty project to ensure the core environment loads without errors.
- Load a sample project from the included examples library to confirm all components render correctly.
