The NexBot Vision 542-015 Cable Dress Pack is an integrated cable management solution engineered to protect and guide electrical and pneumatic lines along the upper arm and wrist of NexBot industrial robots. This pre-assembled pack simplifies installation and prevents premature wear on essential cabling, which is critical for maintaining uptime in demanding automation environments. The core of the dress pack is a high-flex, corrugated polyamide conduit, which provides excellent resistance to abrasion, oils, and common industrial solvents. Its design allows for a minimum bend radius of 75 mm, ensuring that the robot can achieve its full range of motion without kinking or stressing the enclosed lines. This flexibility is essential for complex applications such as arc welding, material handling, and machine tending, where the robot arm is in constant motion.
